Excited for this weekend!
Ross and I have tickets to see Raphael Saadiq on Friday. For those of you who don't know who he is, he was in the group Tony Toni Tone. I'm really excited for this one because we go to a lot of shows, but none that I care too much about. I am gonna sing at the top of my lungs and dance until my hips can't shake anymore! I'll post pics after the show. :)

It's an "Arctic Blast"
Well, it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas. Doodlee Doo! Everywhere you go...
Including Portland, Oregon. We are having the coldest winter I can remember. Today it is 20 degrees and has snowed 6 inches. It is absolutely Beautiful! Reggie loves the snow. He tries to eat it and loves making lemon snow cones ;) P.S. Don't eat these snow cones. Gwoss!!!

PDX here we come!
Ross, Reg and I are moving this weekend! The moving company packed us up and will have our stuff until monday. We are still sleeping at our place until we get keys. It's just us, reggie, our suit cases and a blow up matress. We feel like we are camping indoors. I don't know why it is, but it's kinda fun. :)
We didn't get the house we put an offer on. So, we have decided to rent a house for six months. Ross needed to get up there before he went crazy from being on the road all of the time. We found a cute new place to call home for a while, so we can look around for a house. I found the place on Craig's List. I haven't seen it yet, so I am being very trusting of ross' taste. We are just so excited to get the hell out of Salem. It might be the lamest place I'll ever live. I'll get pictures up soon.

Ok Mona, It was a deal!
Hi everyone! I promised to keep up my blog after Mona got one, sooo......
As of late, Ross and I (and Reggie) are being relocated to Portland from Salem. His company is moving us and taking very good care of us doing so. He is a little tired of driving an hour and a half to work everyday, but is trying to remember that it is only for a short time. We have put an offer on a house near Mt. Scott. It is a SE Portland address that feels more like living in the woods than in Portland. The builder accepted our offer, but we are waiting for the Bank to accept. It is a short sale, so it may take a while to work. The house is brand new and has been sitting empty since 2007. We are just hoping and praying that the bank accepts.
I will still be working for Wellspring. It is still about the same commute, just coming from the North instead. I have really enjoyed being there. I work in the spa and for the Aesthetic Center. In the spa, I provide facials, waxing, body wraps, etc. In Aesthetics, I give micro peels, and laser treatments. This next month, we are having a lecture luncheon where I am one of three speakers called "Love the Skin Your In". I'm a little nervous, but have plenty of time to get the butterflies out.
Reggie is a perfect little Buddy. He loves his walks, lamedoodle, and training rewards. He has been very protective when Ross stays in Portland overnight. He'll get up and growl at any noise when Ross is gone. I think he's partly liking the attention I give him afterward.
We are doing well overall. Thanks Mo for finally starting a blog. You are going to get addicted!

Hi kids! Well this is my first real blog. Exciting! Life is great. Still no plan for kids in the near future, for now. Reggie fills that gap for us. Nordstrom has been a great career change for me. I love the company and the customers I have. I also love having the sweet discount (the husband loves it as well). Ross continues to be the most successful person I will ever know. He is the best husband. Reggie is the coolest dog. He's finally learning to sit, shake, and stay on command. Somehow he has learned that we will still like him, even if he takes up the whole bed at night. I no longer have a scary car to drive! Ross got a new car and gave me his acura. Now when I move my old car, I am scared to drive it. It feels out of control. It's funny how it used to feel totally safe. Life is great!
